How to Use Cold Chain Logistics
A quick guide for first-time customers
Step 1: Calculate Your Price
Use the freight calculator on our homepage to estimate your shipping cost. Our standard rate is 300 ISK per m³ plus 2% collateral fee, with a minimum fee of 10 million ISK.
Maximum accepted volume is 350,000 m³.
Step 2: Create a Courier Contract
In EVE Online, create a courier contract to Cold Chain Logistics. Ensure your volume, collateral, and destination match what you entered in the calculator. Set the contract reward to match the price shown.
We recommend setting the Expiration to 1 week and Days to Complete to 5. Most deliveries are completed in 12–24 hours or less — often within just a few hours.

Step 2: Fill in Reward and Collateral exactly as calculated
Step 3: Wait for Pickup and Delivery
Once your contract is accepted, your freight will be picked up and delivered as quickly as possible. You can check our route map for supported areas.
